Why?

  • A comment https://github.com/flatpak/libportal/pull/28#issuecomment-606802557 from @matthiasclasen uttered interest in having build instructions in the README.md 🚀
  • Make it easier for newcomers.
  • Agree on a good default way of how to build and use libportal projects.
