WIP: Add Dockerfile and a few notes

This is a Dockerfile I'm experimenting with. I thought it might come handy for others.

I guess https://github.com/flathub/org.flatpak.flat-manager-client makes the client part of the docker container a bit redundant.

Hmm, I don't think there is any client part in this docker container (or at least there shouldn't). It's all about the server. If anything, org.flatpak.flat-manager-client is the perfect partner in crime :)
