after running NPM RUN START I get Error: could not detect network (event="noNetwork", code=NETWORK_ERROR, version=providers/5.0.17)

Hi,

I set all with correct info, when I do NPM RUN START I get this error.

I tried on BSC network, I don't have this error?

Any idea ?
