Define root node for documentation

Currently the agora is self-documenting, which is nice, but hard to get a grasp of.

We need a root node. An entry point. An index for the [[meta]].

I think in practice this is anagora.org/go/agora, so the root repo -- https://github.com/flancian/agora as of the time of writing.
