[Discussion] Simplify support for standard controller re-mapping

I think we should support a super simple way to configure remappable game actions to controller/keyboard shortcuts, to encourage best practices and make it trivial for games to ship with a standard configuration + controllers screen

If keyboard + mouse remapping is supported, should the gamepads package take responsibility for re-mapping at all?
