Not Working of Android

Hello everyone. I'm testing the programme on pc, and I manage to get the video to play, (without sound) but when I build to run it on my android phone, the video doesn't start.

I put a debug, and I have the youtube link and its conversion, but it's as if the video doesn't launch on my phone.

Does anyone have an idea, if it comes from the shader or from parameters in unity ?
