Interpretation of the cut site probability plot from fimo analysis

Hi Qian,

First of all, thank you so much for the wonderful tool which makes the analysis of cut and run data much easier. I would like to ask for your opinion on the interpretation of the cut site probability plot from the fimo analysis.

I expected dips on both strands as shown in Fig.4b,f in your paper. However, the plots in my data show a pattern bellowing, without obvious dips. May I know if it indicates a false positive hit, or it is normal from your experience?
