[Feature request] Show/hide global notes, globally

Global notes (which appear in every browser tab) is an excellent way of keeping arbitrary notes, not linked with any particular site.

In the current version, the user can hide/show them on a per-tab basis. There should be an easy way to SHOW/HIDE them globally as they pertain to all pages. For example, there could exist a per-note button to hide/show that global note in all tabs. Or, the note could be shrunk and unfold as the mouse hovers over it.

It seems that global notes cannot be displayed in another machine; while they are synced correctly, floatnotes is not able to display them.
