easy_update exits with warning Bioconductor version is not set, even when not using BioConductor

This is my first time using easy_update. I found that I was unable to run it without adding the local_biocver variable to my starting easyconfig file, despite the fact that I am not using anything associated with BioConductor (just installing tidyverse). Once I added the local_biocver variable, easy_update worked just fine.
