Verification emails should redirect to auth lobby

Problem

We want to have users be logged in in more than one location as soon as possible

Solution

Verification emails from the CLI should redirect to the browser auth lobby so that we can immediately prompt a user to link their account between CLI <-> browser

Yeah this is a really great idea.

I think we want to message this on the CLI as well:

“We’ve sent you an email to to verify your account, and to activate a web account for you.” (this is for setup only)

(wording is awkward - but it’s a start)

I think this is close to our magic email login link flow too.
