hashSpy={true} prevents element being active on initial load.

My page consists of several 100vh sections, with the top section being "home". In the nav bar, when a section is active the icon and font change color.

Without hashSpy, "home" is active on initial page load (font and icon are different color in nav bar). With hashSpy={true}, icon and font are not different colors on initial load. After initial load, clicking the home icon does not make the section become active. The section does become active on scrolling down.
