Move to own organization

@Techforchange @agonzalez0515 I've been doing some updates lately. I still absolutely love the first-timers app you created :) It's been very helpful to create some Hacktoberfest issue.

I was thinking to move the app out into its own organization. Would you mind?

I'd love to move it to the @first-timers org, but it's owned by @JayHawkZA. @JayHawkZA: do you have any plans of that organization or would you mind us taking it over fort he first-timers GitHub app?
