there are no libraries listed for c and c++ firmata

We do not write the access libraries ourselves, so we need people to tell us about them. Do you know one?

If you find one of them useful I'll add them to the list, but they're all more than 5 years old and probably unsupported. There's already a large portion of outdated stuff listed in our table, I prefer to rather shorten it to those that are being supported and in active development.
