set min not working for BNDF

When I try to use the dialog box to set the minimum value for the BNDF file in the attached file, Smokeview keeps resetting it.

Also noticing if I change set min and max for the slice file it works when I click update but if I reload the slice file while FDS is still running it resets to global min and global max.

I've been working on this part of the code - must have broken something. I'll take a look

Still an issue for Smokeview Test - Apr 13 2023 - 12:44:28. For OBST BNDF I can set limits in the bounds dialog but not for CFACE BNDF.
