Smokeview: allow user to specify start angle for circular tour
Inevitably, the fires in my models start someplace other than the front. Therefore, by the time the default circular tour rotates to the location of the fire, the initial spread of the plume and ceiling jet has already occurred. It would be useful to be able to start the circular tour at an angle where the initial fire could be observed.
I'm going to merge # 7307 and #7308 into this issue

from #7307 Allow the user to change the rotation rate so that the user can adjust how fast the model spins. When you speed up the frame rate of the model results, the rotation rate of the tour also increases. Often the rate of spread of smoke and heat through a large structure is slow. When you increase the frame rate to visualize the smoke spread in a reasonable amount of time the model is often spinning too fast.

from #7308 Allow user to specify angle as a function of time. When the user wants to show specific angles at given times allow them to provide a table of angles and times.
1 and 2 should be fixed in smokeview posted at below link. In 2 you should also be able to have a negative rotation rate ie go backwards. 3 will be a lot harder to implement. Will postpone this for now. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B_wB1pJL2bFQc1F4cjJWY2duWTA?usp=sharing
Thank you. I am preparing a modeling presentation for a group of investigators. This will be very useful.
