PMPI_Startall: Request pending due to failure, Error stack MPI_Start is already active

Good afternoon,

A client is receiving the following error when running FDS

Can anyone suggest a fix for this?

Hi BB7FDS, what version of FDS and Windows do you have? Are you running this MPI job in a single workstation? If you run it several times do you get the same error?

It appears that two jobs have been started in the same session.
