Level 3 Netset blocking Discord IPs

162.159.134.233, 162.159.129.233, 162.159.130.233, seem to be related to discord CDN. A lot of media was being blocked from these 3 IPs.

Basically anything with a 233 in the last octet. They seem to favor that.
