[firehol_level1]: Inclusion of very stale bambenek lists leading to false positives

The bambenek lists are no longer openly available and the IPs are so stale that legitimate sites are being blocked. Shopify's CDN being one of them.

I just ran into this exact issue myself. 23.227.38.65 is on bambenek_c2 and is the IP for myshopify.com. It says it was last processed by firehol over a year ago.
