Error Geofire

good evening everyone, my name is Davide and I'm having problems applying geofire.getLocation if you believe I can share a screenshot that shows that I have applied to the letter what is mentioned in this guide, but in fact the position is not read. How can I solve?

• The code you're using (as little code as possible)
• The errors you're getting
• Any other logs, etc which are relevant
