Some phone numbers do not receive OTP SMS messages with Firebase phone auth

If you try to auth using +996550123123 (number of operator MegaCom), firebase processes the request successfully but SMS is not sent (we did not receive it), we contacted operator MegaCom, and they said that they did not receive the SMS message request

If you try to auth using +996770123123 (number of operator Beeline), firebase processes the request successfully and we receive the SMS

SMS is not sent to some operators from Kyrgyzstan (+996) such as MegaCom but works fine with operator Beeline.

Our app works on the web and sends SMS on production web project.

Any update on this? We keep receiving code 39 error even though no limit is hit. Country: Kyrgyzstan.

I am also facing this issue with Firebase authorization. The user in Israel is not able to receive the SMS.
