[Feature Request] Auth State Persistence from firebase-js?
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to persist logged-in state in local storage, in other words, a "remember me" functionality.
Describe the solution you'd like One of the options sent to firebase ui can be related to persistence, with the options like https://firebase.google.com/docs/auth/web/auth-state-persistence.
I think having a "remember me" checkbox option would be nice
Describe alternatives you've considered Using firebase-js-sdk seems to be the only way

This is a great idea and definitely something we can consider for the future. It is not currently prioritised for our immediate new version roadmap, as we are focusing on a new upcoming release.
In the meantime, we will keep this issue open so we can revisit it during a later planning cycle, particularly as we gather more feedback from the community.
