Support dynamic type in Auth UI

Support dynamic type so users with text size accessibility can change the size of the text in the auth flow.

Can this be an option and not be on by default? If the rest of the ui does not support dynamic type the login ui may look too different.

I'd like to have dynamic type be on by default, but we can add an option to disable it.
