Purpose

The goal of this issue is to keep track of various solutions that can provide at scale solutions to help solve the use cases described here: https://github.com/finos/devops-automation/issues/235.

Approach

In this issue, we will list solutions. We can create a sub-issue for each solution to keep track of its benefits and which use-cases it covers.
