Improve npm details for calm-cli

Description of Problem:

The documentation shown on the npm page for calm-cli is not all appropriate for someone looking to use the package, which makes the project look less solid.

Potential Solutions:

• Remove docs relating to coding for the CLI and how to publish to npm.
• Consider stripping down the remainder to be more concise.
• Include links to the repo and homepage on the RHS in npm.
