Bug: Pressing arrow keys to scroll up overlaps with the Details View header

Description

When searching by pressing a single letter or a few letters, the first folder disappears behind the headings, and the same happens when you raise the button one by one. After several raises, the same error occurs

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open scrollable folder
  2. Select item at bottom of the folder
  3. Use keyboard arrow keys to select folders upwards
  4. See selected file at top of view cut off

Can you provide step by step instructions, based on Windows folder contents?

I can reproduce this general problem with this (Files 3.2.0.0, Windows 10.0.22631.3155):

  • Open the Windows system folder
  • Select bottom entry shown in this (do not scroll)
  • Press Down key twice - the top entry "addins" should be scrolled out of view, the top entry should probably be "apppatch"
  • Press Up key until the second entry from the top has been reached ("AppReadiness" for me)
  • Press Up key once more:
