The issue of downloading the video without sound?!

Hello The issue is downloading videos from Twitter without sound (even though the video itself has sound). When I used another program like IDM, the video downloaded with sound without any problems. However, with File Centipede, there is no sound. I don't know what could be causing the problem. Please watch the attached video for clarification.

The "TS 0:26 Minutes" is the audio file. IDM download all and auto merge video and audio. File Centipede don't auto do that.
