[Feature request] Open file type after complete

As tittle suggest, i want the option to

1. Open all extension after download in Settings menu
2. Open some extensions, in download dialog

I'm not entirely clear on what you mean by "Open extension." Are you trying to execute certain extension files like ".exe" after they've been downloaded? Or are you simply trying to display the "Open with..." dialog, like this?

The first one I want it to open automatically for all downloaded files, but also the option to left out some extensions
