[Feature Request] Convert from .ts to mp4/mkv

It can convert and merge the .ts video segments of m3u8 into a single MP4 file. (or MKV)

Add this feature as optional,

ts files have disadvantage Video playback lags when skipping forward/backwards, desktop user prefer play with mp4 or mkv format,
