Input GUI v2 and Results Dashboard v2: Design the "real" Coloc_2 GUI

the present GUI, SingleWindowDisplay, is a prototype to get us going... it was not meant to be the final real deal.... we imagine something more like the JACoP plugin perhaps. See the rough ideas at https://github.com/fiji/Colocalisation_Analysis/wiki/DesignNotes

Several other issues will point here, as they would be addressed by the new GUI in the end.

This is a large issue, so lets split it into the two main parts. The input / setup GUI and the Results GUI. Now we got lots of issues, and the design is module, its also time to start naming issues with the .jar or "package" name under discussion at the start of the title, as was done for fiji issues before plugins/modules were moved to their own repositories. We can also commit message with the package in the title...
