Empty MBE window when changing working directory

I get an empty MBE window when I :cd or :lc to another directory different from the starting directory when gvim is started or opened file directory.

I'm using gvim 7.4.

Might be related to issue #109, but I'm not sure what's causing that problem.

Yep, I'm getting this too.

I've got it too. For me, the filename is ~/[Scratch]. If that helps at all. I would love to help fix the problem, too.
