Set a reasonable vram limit in the application for dotnet

We should implement this functionality to avoid the problem from reoccuring unless dotnet fixes the problem at the root.

Could we set a reasonable memory limit in the application if the variable is not set already? (The value is number of bytes in hexadecimal form.)
