Thanks for sharing this! It is really useful and clear :-)

At what step would you recommend clipping the Sentinel-1 GRD data?

I believe the subset step could be placed after performing the Calibration and before the Speckle filtering. You could use the 'Subset' operator available in SNAP by adding a new node in the graph after the Calibration node. Hope this helps!
