easy mode should allow shuffle after no more moves

Great work by the way

I was playing on easy mode and as soon as I run out of moves, the game ends with "No more matching tiles" message. I am not able to shuffle at this point and it just takes me back to the main menu.

I expect I should be able to continue playing if I run out moves because I can always shuffle.
