`fern upgrade` does not `upgrades generators in generators.yml`

Steps to reproduce Run fern upgrade in http://github.com/Credal-ai/fern-docs/

Expected behavior Expect fern/generators.yml python to change to 4.14.2 as per guidance in CLI

 fern upgrade                      Upgrades version in fern.config.json. Also
                                             upgrades generators in generators.yml to
                                             their minimum-compatible versions.

Actual behavior fern/generators.yml is unchanged

Ah, CI says Run fern generator upgrade to upgrade your generators.. It is the doc that is spit out upon running fern that is wrong.
