Fern docs CLI not hot reloading on changes to openrpc-schemas

P1 - High (Strongly needed)

What's the issue?

Steps to reproduce:

• use a config with openrpc-schemas (unsure if this is specific to openrpc purely)
• run fern docs dev
• change a json file inside openrpc-schemas

Expected behavior: Server will restart, noticing the change

Actual Behavior: It does not restart

Environment Details: Mac OS Ventura 13.6.7
