Not sure what's causing it, only started seeing it today. Weird.
They work, but file extensions aren't enforced and for some reason they always default to the System32 folder, which is a little annoying.
Linux was easy, but I'm not sure how this works on Windows and Mac. [This](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/19629034/create-shortcut-in-windows-programmatically) and [this](https://superuser.com/questions/975687/how-to-pin-an-executable-jar-to-start-in-windows-10) might be useful.
