Point to cetz v0.0.1 and use update necessary functions. Add typst.toml for packaging.

How does one go about using this package with the typst web editor? I'd assume downloading then uploading the files, but it'd be great to see this on typst universe...
You should probably nominate someone else to mantain this, I'm not talking about me but about someone who wrote a PR if they decide they want the role

I'm not sure if this is already implemented, but I'd like to use a voltage source/vsource in my drawings: Something like the CircuiTikz implementation would be nice
