vim become very slow when color on

Hi, I found when I use vim/neovim with colors cheme on. read any file is very slow when I move down line by line. I tried other terminal, cmd, Microsoft Terminal no this issue.

If I disable color syntax, it become very fast.

seems like every color scheme makes this happen and yes by disabling it we get back the performance

I'm getting this issue as well and it seems to get worse with more files open. Does this use gpu acceleration?

Edit: No issues with this in Windoes Terminal.

Yeah no issues with this in Powershell as well its just with Fluent Terminal
