美国cst不能转化成中国cst时区

我的prometheus部署在美国，设置的也是cst，北美中部时区，但是告警出来获取的时间却是当地时间，并没有将cst -6转化为cst +8，当地时间与北京时间相差14个小时，当地时区为西六区

告警模板：

本地时间：{{ GetCSTtime "" }}

要是能提供这种+时间的方式就好了
