Use extensions from PATHEXT for GtWindowsSystemInfo>>findExecutable:

GtWindowsSystemInfo>>findExecutable: assumes that executables have either a .exe or a .bat extension.

This list is by far exhaustive and has had me confused, as e.g. PBApplication failed to find pipenv when its script was named pipenv.cmd.

As a generalization, the list of executable extensions should be taken from the PATHEXT environment variable.
