Modify Coder to use RemoteRunner for example / test execution

Coder's example runner, pictured below, was written prior to RemoteRunner and uses GtPharoLinkCodeSync for remote execution.

Replace GtPharoLinkCodeSync with GtRemoteRunner, which provides a more flexible framework for executing remote tasks.
