add OpenSSL error to rescue list

fixes https://github.com/feedreader/pluto/issues/31

SSL errors will no longer cause builds to fail, leaving partial results. Only the feed with broken SSL (or the other supported errors) will be skipped.

Hi Gerald, I just wanted to bump this one since it has caused some bugs in projects where it's used (such as OpenSUSE Planet). The others are just improvements, but this PR should be really straightforward and impactful. I hope you are having a good summer.
