This is a docker issue, it's failing to deploy the images when I migrated from gcr to artifactory. I think it's a permission issue with the existing bot. I'm talking about it with the maintainers.

Either we fix the issue in GCP (I don't have the permissions to do so) or I will migrate us to Quay.

I tend to like Quay because it's open source but I am clearly biased.
