Cost estimates for using Feast

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Many users are in the bucket of using primarily batch models, but interested in moving online. It's not always clear though what the value vs cost tradeoff is.

Describe the solution you'd like Some sort of cost breakdown calculator to estimate cost of going online. e.g.

For a given number of feature views, feature services, online store, QPS, and request batch size (e.g. the number of candidates in a recommender system), what is the corresponding read cost.

Describe alternatives you've considered A more thorough cost estimator that also includes materialization costs / get_historical_features costs.
