added text-fabric appendix

Hi Folgert (and Maarten as well, I presume)

I added an appendix chapter about Text-Fabric. Inserted a reference to this appendix in Chapter 3 about Text-Preprocessing. Included the appendix in the table of contents in the README. Added the TF logo and a screenshot to the images directory. They only appear in the appendix.

Let me know if this contributes to the course in this form. Happy to edit further.

Thanks, @dirkroorda! Looks interesting. I can have a more detailed look in a couple of weeks or so. In the mean time, would you mind removing the .ipynb_checkpoints folder from the PR?

Right. I just deleted those checkpoints in the second commit of this PR.
