Description and Extra Info blocks are not clearly separated

Expected behavior:

There should be a clear distinction between the story's description and the extra info when displaying a story. Both in the show action and in the estimate action.

Actual behavior:

It's not clear when one ends and the other starts:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Step 1: Create a story with description and extra info
2. Step 2: Go to the show page
