Allow uploading audio files to transcript widget
Context:
- Currently, Hyprnote allows only realtime transcription.
- However, there are times when we cannot or forget to use Hyprnote.
- So, there needs to be a way to transcribe recordings asynchronously.
To-be:
- Users can click simply click drag and drop their recording into the transcript widget.
