Show previous notes from related to participants

Priority is determined as follows:

1. If the current meeting is a recurring event (e.g., standup, retrospective, 1-on-1), show notes from previous instances of the event.
2. Otherwise, rank related notes based on participant overlap:

• Notes with the exact same participants come first.
• Notes with a subset of overlapping participants (e.g., 2 out of 3) come next, ranked by the number of overlapping participants.
