Bug: Model List inaccessible due to scroll lock

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add an Openrouter API key because only then you have a large enough model list to reproduce this bug.
  2. Then click ont the "Select a model" to open the model list

  1. The top of the list (first 3 or 4 models) are cutoff and cannot be accessed because scroll for the page is locked.

  1. You can only scroll down and not up, so first you need to close the dropdown, scroll up and then open the list again

Suggestions:

Improve UX by keeping scroll active for all sections at all times
