good point:

  1. can preview the page in the pull request
  2. simple migration

I don't mind switching if other people feels these advantages are strong enough.

On the other hand, I had instances in the past where netlify (free plan) was very slow in many geographic regions and I wouldn't want to compromise speed of delivery if possible.

Some test results in the screens below about speed from different geographic regions:
